Summer Staple // Maxi Skirts

Alright ladddies today i’m talking about one of my closet essentials, The Maxi Skirt. They’re a classic and versatile piece that most definitely is a staple in my Summer wardrobe. They can be worn countless different ways so today i’m sharing three different looks I wore recently with some of my favorite maxi skirts!

First up…flirty and feminine! I wore This Printed Floral Maxi with a Low Back Ruffled Bodysuit and received so many compliments on this combo. I can’t get enough!  It’s perfect for vacay, bridal showers, bubbly brunches or any sort of outing where you just want to get a little more dolled up.

A lot of you were asking on instagram about what I wear for undergarments. To be honest most of the time I don’t wear a bra (ohhh the only benefit to rocking an “A” cup 😉 Usually with white items I would wear The high beam covers or one of these Adhesive Backless Bras but the ruffle detail in the front covers just enough on this top.

This Pleated Blush Maxi is one of  my favorites from a few months ago and was finally just restocked HERE! I gave this one a little more casual vibe pairing it with a chambray button down and some nude ankle strap sandals.

I love that this one is high waisted and also has some a scalloped hem on the sides versus an actual split like you see on most skirts. It’s super flattering and just really unique. I also paired this one with a white lace cropped top (that met right at the waist no skin showing 😉 for a baby shower last month.

and lastly a little everyday Summer style with this high waist and uber comfy floral maxi. I have worn this one so much lately. I added a bell sleeved off the shoulder crop top and my go to comfy haviana flats ($40!) I also wore this same skirt in Cabo  a few weeks ago with my swimsuit too. It’s such a great pool to outing piece when you’re on vacay.

I’m only 5’4 so I typically wear my maxi skirts with wedges or a small heel because I love the added height it gives me but it’s also nice to be able to wear them with flats from time to time too. How about you girls? Are you loving the maxi skirts too?!
