An AMAZING sushi restaurant makes its debut in OC!!!!! I’ve been going to the Katsuya locations in LA for over 5 year and it is hands down my FAVORITE sushi. I cant tell you how thrilled I was when it finally opened a couple weeks ago in Laguna Beach!!!
The placed was slammed two friday nights ago when we went on a double date there. Im actually surprised the fire department didnt come try to shut it down. You could barely walk through the bar area!!
(I wore my high waist leopard maxi from Zara, F21 Silk racerback tank and Rebecca Minkoff chain bag)
Here’s a close up on the accessories. I am obsessed with my Made Her Think Knuckle Buster ring. I’ve been eyeing this bad boy since I saw Rihanna rocking it last year!! 
I can easily say that the Spicy Tuna and Miso Cod here are the best that I have ever had!!!!! 
The Burning Mandarin has been my MUST HAVE cocktail here for years! It is the PERFECT combination of spicy and sweet. The only other cocktail that tops this one is the LOVE UNIT from HYDE on Sunset (another SBE exclusive establishment, not sure if it is even still open it was years ago but that cocktail is still worth talking about to this day!!!)
Whether it is LA or OC dinner at Katsuya is a must! Beware the portions are small and the prices are steep but have to say it is worth it!!!

Stopped by last Thursday after din at Starfish (down the street) and the crowd was spilling down the street! Can't believe they closed down Hush, but such a smart move on SBE's part! We needed something like this down here but now PCH is gonna be stalled with traffic this summer!
Have you and the hubs been to Ikko in Costa Mesa babe? My ALL TIME fave sushi joing…although I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to sashimi ;D
