Hope you ladies are enjoying your holiday weekend! I’ve checked another recipe off my Pinterest TASTE board! These Ham and Egg cups were CRAZY easy to make! This is a quick, healthy and yummy dish that also looks impressive when you have company visiting. They only have about 100 calories each and are packed with protein!
Ingredients:
Round Deli Ham (I used Trader Joes Nitrate Free Black Forest Ham)
Eggs
Green onion
fresh parmesan cheese
cooking spray
Sea salt and black pepper
Heat your oven to 400. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and place your ham in each cup. Add an egg to each and top with salt and pepper. Bake for about 12 mins until the white is set and the yolk still looks runny. Remove from the oven and top with fresh parmesan and green onion! Enjoy!!
