Cetaphil Products Sponsored Review and Giveaway

I’ve been a HUGE fan of Cetaphil products for years now, so it was a no-brainer to do a post on them. When I became pregnant, I found out that here were a ton of products you have to steer clear of. I went in to see my dermatologist and she recommended Cetaphil products. I immediately switched to their face wash and moisturizing cream and continue to use them now as I’m still nursing. I have really noticed a huge difference in my skin since switching to Cetaphil products. My skin feels clean, soft and my breakouts have been minimal! Cetaphil products are recommended by more dermatologists than any other brand. Cetaphil products are also the #1 pediatrician recommended brand of cleansers and moisturizers. The Cetaphil Gentle Skin cleanser is fragrance-free and non-comedogenic, which is perfect for sensitive skin. The best part about these products is that they are super affordable! I love that they get the job done and don’t break the bank! I plan on continuing to use the Cetaphil products even after I stop nursing as well.

The Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream is a non-greasy cream formula that is excellent for the hands, feet, elbows and knees ó anywhere that requires intensive moisturizing. It can also be used on your face. It has a very creamy texture and is also fragrance-free. As mentioned before I have super sensitive skin so anything that is fragrance free is a plus in my book! I put it on at night, just before bed to keep my skin moisturized. I love how soft it makes my skin feel and it doesn’t clog your pores! I highly recommend these products! They are super affordable and can be purchased at food and drug stores nationwide.
Cetaphil is offering a $3 coupon for readers to try the products too. Click here to save up to $3.

  1. I definitely try to drink a lot more water (pretty bad about that in general, though) and have to use more moisturizer under my makeup than I do in the warmer months. I've been thinking about using Cetaphil products, but wasn't sure. Definitely will have to give it a try at least once now!

  2. Hey Andee! Yes I LOVE these products too. I've been using them for years now. I used to use super expensive facial cleansers and moisturizers and still had breakouts. After a dermatologist recommendation I switched to Cetaphil and it's amazing how much my skin cleared up! I love this stuff!! Also, the price is pretty amazing too! Can't complain! 🙂

  3. I agree! I have been using Cetaphil on and off for a few years now, ever since I started blogging. I love the line. It's so gentle, yet it really does clean and doesn't ever cause me to break out. Plus, you can find it everywhere and it's inexpensive!

  4. Love Cetaphil cleanser and even use it on my daughter that has super dry skin! In the winter, since I live in Colorado where it is super dry I have to use a heavy duty nighttime moisturizer.

  5. i use cetaphil moisturizer right out of the shower and in the morning after washing my face. I have super dry skin and use vaseline on the extra-dry spots.

  6. I Moisturize with an SPF lotion, and exfoliate daily to help keep my skin looking good. I also keep a humidifier running in my room.

  7. I use Cetaphil to help moisturize my face – it's a life saver! This is lame but my winter skin care strategy is lip balm – I apply it probably 4 or 5 times a day – can't stand chapped lips!

  8. Winter Skincare strategy: Hydrate (drink lots of water), Exfoliate ate least once a week and moisturize. I Cetaphil on both my face and body because it's not to heavy and keeps my skin soft.
    Happy Holidays!!

  9. I use lotion or cream after I shower each morning. My dermatologist suggested Cetaphil for when my face gets dry!

  10. I use a lotion immediately after I shower! It seals in the moisture and prevents dry skin. I currently use Bath and Body Works lotions and a Clinique body butter cream. I now want to try the Cetaphil products!

  11. I'm going to try Cetaphil as I have very sensitive skin as well, sounds like a great product! Right now I use a water based cleanser (no alcohol so it doesn't strip my skin) and I use Linacare moisture products, usually the Linacare Lite Transforming face cream, it is also for sensitive skin and is amazing, I never get dry skin in the winter! They actually recommend these products for those who have gone through chemotherapy and radiation treatments. (Christine S.)

  12. COCONUT OIL! It is seriously the best thing for my skin in the winters, especially up here in Minnesota where we get weekly tundras, joking obviously, but those of you who live here would probably agree.

I wash my face as usual before bed with Neutrogena products and then apply raw cold-pressed 100% organic Coconut Oil to my face as the moisturizer and sleep with it. It may feel like your face is super oily and you will break out, but this oil does not clog and will NOT cause breakouts. Its amazing and I wake up with glowing skin!

  13. You should investigate the ingredients in cetaphil products, theres nothing "gentle" in them! Ive recently switched over to all natural skincare and makeup because its gross when you read about how much your skin absorbs and the ingredients in most skincare products. You have to be your own advocate when it comes to your health and your childs.

  14. Hey Andee! I absolutely love your blog:) I just found out that I am a mommy to be and so happy to see that you recommend this for skin care. Could you also recommend a hair care line or products that you used while pregnant with Ava?
    thanks lady!

  15. Love love love cetaphil! I try and drink lots of water as well as my fruits and veggies (juicing and/or green smoothies!). I also exfoliate regularly and moisturize. Just out of curiosity, what are your thoughts on parabens? I LOVED Kiehl's products (your blog got me into them!) but I recently learned that they do contain parabens in them. I'd love to know your thoughts, thanks Andee!

  16. i use the oil cleansing method with jojoba oil and rinse it off with raw organic honey 🙂 it has totally cleared up my face and i havent had a new breakout since i've been using the two products. i used to use cetaphil but it has a sulfate in it which didnt do well with my skin. glad it works for you! 🙂

  17. Hi Andee, I also use Cetaphil facewash and love it. I use the foaming kind over the cream kind. My skin gets very dry during the wintertime so I follow a ultra moisturizing regimen in the winter. At night I wash my face with cetaphil, use Garnier moisture gel all over my face followed by almond oil. I wake up the next morning with moisturized skin!

  18. Hi Andee! I've always heard such great things about Cetaphil products, your post has me thinking I REALLY need to try them! Especially now in the winter when my face seems to morph into alien skin or something lol

  19. I love Cetaphil. I have been using their face wash for several years now and its a mild face wash that is inexpensive and does a great job. I look forward to trying more of their products.

  20. I use the same products in the winder but use a lot more moisturizers, and dry my skin more thoroughly. Cetaphil sounds like a good moisturizer for me since it's fragrance free and has spf15. Thanks for the review and giveaway.

  22. My winter skincare is moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. Oh, and Burt's Bees lip balm.

  23. My winter skincare is to make sure to keep my skin clean and try not to dry it out with hot water. I still moisturize and use sunblock and lots of lip balm!

  24. My winter skincare routine is to moisturize every morning before applying make-up to keep my skin from drying out & remove my make-up at night before bed. Also lip balm is essential to prevent dry lips during the winter months!

  25. I love cetephil! the first person who recommended these products to me is my 76 year old grandmother! she uses the mositurizer everday and I must say her skin looks pretty fab!:)

  26. I don't skimp on SPF just because there's less sunlight and I moisturize twice a day-once in the morning and once before bed. It keeps my skin soft during the harsh winter months.

    rawrms at gmail dot com

  27. I use cetaphils face wash and lotion, the lotion I also use on my face and body. To exfoliate I also throw in a few Epsom salts to the wash and it leaves my skin super soft.

  28. I know I should not take such long and hot showers in the winter, but I just can't help myself so I make sure to use moisturizing soaps and body washes and then I slather on moisturizer right after I get out of the shower

  29. My winter skin care strategy is to moisture skin in the morning and before bed by using a good moisturizing cream so that skin won't be dry. I will try Cetaphil products after reading your blog, thanks for this products review and giveaway.

  30. My winter skin care strategy is to use lots of moisturizer, especially after shower and washing dishes. My Mother-In-Law use Cetaphil all the time. I gotta give it a try too.

    amy [at] utry [dot] it

  31. I follow the same skin-care routine year-round as far as my face is concerned: I use Cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer! In the winter, I need to use lotion more often (or use better lotion) because my hands hurt.

  32. My winter care strategy is to use spf and a good non irritating moisturizer! I love that this one is also fragrance free. My son has alot of skin allergies and might work great for him too!

  33. There are only two things that I do differently in the winter for my skin:
    1) run a humidifier at night
    2) switch my hand lotion to a very thick concentrated hand cream
Other that those two things, nothing changes from season to season.

  34. In the winter my strategy is a gentle AM/PM cleaners and a light AM moisturizer. Before bed I use and intensive night time moisturizer because my skin gets really dry.
