Back to school is heavily on my mind this week because Ava and Luca start back to school in just one week! If you’re like me and doing a lot of last minute shopping, you’ll definitely want to check out today’s post with some really cute pieces for him and for her.
Luca’s style has pretty much been the same since he was born;) Comfy comfy and more comfy. He’s lives in soft joggers and basic tees pretty much year round and about the only accessorizing I get to do are cute shoes and a fun layer if i’m lucky. Since he only wants to wear joggers I try to find ones in fun prints/colors or a little edgier style like these harem style ones in today’s post I scored at Nordstrom.
It goes without saying that Nordstrom is one of our favorite places to shop for the whole fam. They have everything you need and I’ve also noticed they started doing something really cool lately. They started working closely with brands to make conscious fashion easier to find, shop and support and i’m loving that! They’ve developed three categories to reflect their commitment to improving the industry… Sustainably Sourced materials, Responsibly Manufactured in factories that meet higher social or environmental standards, and Give Back where a portion of the proceeds benefits people, animals or the planet through charitable giving. Pretty neat, right?
We’ve been buying Toms basically since my kids could walk because for every pair you purchase they donate one to a kid in need! So when Luca was in need of another pair for back to school we knew just what pair we were getting. Luca loves these and the fact that he put them on all by himself.
So proud of this big boy and can’t believe how big he’s getting now! Ugh!
Luca’s wearing: Tee // Shorts // Hooded Denim Jacket // Shoes
My Outfit: Madeworn Tee (Similar I love HERE) // Jeans(my most worn pair this summer – I go up a size and wear a 26 in these) // and Studded Slide Sandals
My top picks from the Sustainably Sourced, Responsibly Manufactured and Give Back company category…
and a few more back to school favorites that caught my eye…..
For The Boys
For The Girls
Thank you so much to Nordstrom for sponsoring this post
