Just curious, are you planning on breastfeeding? If so what do you plan to do about your diet? I'm breastfeeding a two month old and my midwife and her pediatrician said I have to triple my calorie intake, in order to ensure baby is getting good nutrition and my body doesn't go into malnutrition. I'm saying this because it seems like you restrict yourself alot, I believe in healthy eating! But what are your thoughts regarding breastfeeding based on your diet?
