4 Beauty Items Worth the Splurge

Alright girls, let’s talk beauty splurges. You know I’m always down for a good budget-friendly item but certain products are just worth a splurge. There are a few items and brands I always like to spend a little extra on, especially if it’s something I use often. Today I’m sharing 4 of those splurges…

First off, since I know some of these are pricier, they make a great gift. So if you’re one of those girls who feel like you have it all or never want to splurge on something, the holidays are the perfect time to ask for something special. I also turn to these gifts for people like my mom or best friends since I always want to treat them. All of these beauty splurges can be found at Nordstrom which is my go-to for gifts and beauty investments. They seem to have the best inventory on all sorts of beauty items and from their sets to their skincare tools, it’s a fave this time of year!

Diptyque ‘Do Son’ Perfume

OK so I am super picky when it comes to perfumes and  this Diptyque Perfume is a little splurge i’m addicted to!  I’m sensitive to most perfumes but this one has always been good to me. It smells amazing and honestly has been my go-to for years now. I prefer this Solid Perfume which I find lasts longer and it smells SO good! Not to mention it comes this super chic metal case that I always take on the go.  It also comes in a regular spritz bottle, a travel spray, and I get these refills every year or so. Can’t recommend this one enough!

NuFace

The reviews sold me on the NuFace a while back and it’s definitely worth the $$$. It’s a microcurrent treatment that stimulates your face which counteracts several signs of wrinkles. I like to use this a few times a week to tone up and sculpt around my jawline and cheekbones. It’s also good for the necklace and for lifting above the eye area. It’s a 10/10 when I’m consistent and even the hubby notices. Oh make sure to use their Gel Primer with it too because it’s optimal for the microcurrent treatment. Money well spent!

Dyson Airwrap

Alright girls add the Dyson Airwrap to your Xmas list if you don’t already have it! I was super hesitant to purchase it because the price is steep but it’s honestly a game-changer for volume and quick styling! It makes styling hair a breeze and is much faster when I’m trying to get out of the house quickly which is every day let’s be honest. It has over 5 different attachments so I feel like that helps justify the investment. You can do everything from sleek and straight to beachy waves and I live for this!

T3 Hot Rollers

You girls have heard me swear by these Hot Rollers for years now and they’re my go-to on Day 2, 3, 4 hair. Super quick to pop on while I’m doing my makeup to get a little hair refresh. I use the Dyson Airwrap when I’m first styling and then these on days where I don’t have wet hair and they’re great! I have a full tutorial here if you girls are interested. Oh and spend the extra $16 to get these clips instead of the ones that come with the rollers. They don’t dent your hair and hold things up better.

  1. I’ve purchased both the Dyson Air Wrap and T3 Rollers over the years because of your reviews and tutorials! Now I think I need to look into the NuFace! 😉 Thank you for always being such a credible and reliable source for these types of things–I always look to your guides first and have never regretted any of my purchases that came per your rec! P.S. Can you share where that sweater is from? So cozy and chic! 🙂
