Alright #HBFAM how are we doing? It’s been a week of quarantine and it’s safe to say we are alllll still adjusting over here. When we first started our quarantine last week, I immediately took to the web to hunt for a few random things to keep the kids (and us) sane. Today I’ve rounded up a few items to have on hand whenever you feel your kiddos (and again, you!) are going stir crazy!
The items will probably vary from age to age but for me, it was all about board games, puzzles, clay, play dough, slime and anything and everything that they would be into besides the iPad!
This Color Set is the best $19 you’ll spend! The kids get so excited about it and use it non stop. These Magna Tiles are Luca’s favorite (and sissy even gets in on the building action too). Board games are the first thing that came to mind and love that my kiddos are at an age where we can play them. The Osmo Genius Starter Kit is awesome! Ava got it for her birthday a few years back and it’s such an awesome interactive educational game!
These Clay Kits look awesome! I know Luca especially will be excited about it. I got a few coloring books to go with the coloring set and then Play Dough and Slime Kits were no brainers!
I NEVER wanted a trampoline in my backyard butttt we have been looking for one now that school and playdates have been canceled and we’re not sure for how long. These kids need to get that energy out so you may be seeing one of these in our backyard soon. You’ve probably seen these Plasma Cars in my IG stories. Mine are trashed because the kids have used them to death and love them! This Dodge Tag Game is a great way for them to play without touching each other 😉 and same with the laser tag (This One was top-rated). Lastly, I’ve been considering This Karaoke Machine. The kids love to sing, dance and be silly and it’s so crazy how quickly a little music can change the vibe in your home!
Hopefully this was helpful for you girls and please feel free to share your tips and tricks you use to keep your little ones busy too!
