Easy & Healthy Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Muffins

This weekend I made and DOMINATED some pumpkin chocolate chip muffins! They were so tasty I thought I would share them with you ladies!

They were somewhat healthy too! Just take a box of Spice cake mix (any brand) and replace the oil and eggs for one small can of pumpkin puree! That cuts out the fat! Bake according to box and add chocolate chips as soon as you take them out of the oven…amazing!

    @jennysue haha thanks love! And thanks to pinterest for the idea of the pumpkin puree. I have replaced oil with applesauce for years in my cupcake recipes and thought this would be perfect for Fall muffins!
