I hope you all enjoyed your weekend! It was back up in the 80’s today (ugh, I know I shouldn’t complain but it doesn’t really make it very chritmas’y while we were putting up our lights). So to beat the heat, I took Ava and Luca to a super cute indoor “Ice Kingdom” in Long Beach. It was SO awesome and they had such a great time. I shared a bunch of clips on my snapchat: AndeeLayne so for all my SoCal mama’s it’s definitely worth checking out for your kiddos!
Okay now on to today’s Holiday Glam look. As promised i’ll be posting lots of holiday party looks (at all price points) over the next month. Today’s look is with a trend i’m really digging lately….a high waist statement maxi skirt. This one in a gunmetal metallic color immediately caught my eye and I couldn’t wait to style it! It’s such a fun and youthful way to switch it from your typical cocktail/long formal dress.
I paired it with an off the shoulder crop top, a statement necklace and classic box clutch. For makeup I kept my lip more natural and opted for a subtle smokey eye.
The drama of this skirt is everything!
