Andee!! Per usual, you look absolutely amazing in all of your recent bikini pics on IG. Last year, you did a super candid and awesome post regarding fitness and nutrition questions etc (it was probably one of my very favorite posts of yours). At the time, you did quite a bit of cardio. I think that I remember you saying that you aim for 40 mins 5 days a week (but sometimes only get in 3). Is that what you’re still doing?
Thanks so much Melissa. I’m so glad you liked that post and I really should do more of those. I wish I could report that I was getting those 5 days in but but unfortunately i’m still only getting in about 3 work outs a week.I really have tried my best to get in more but life is just SOOO busy it still isn’t happening as much as i would like. That being said I do still watch how I eat and am pretty disciplined so that has helped me to stay the weight. When i do cardio I do am for 40 mins though still. xo
